Importing from Apple Reminders
Continuous Importer
The Continuous Importer allows you to select a list in Apple Reminders that you want to use as an intake into Stuff. Stuff will keep up to date with any changes in that list, and when any reminders get added to it, Stuff will prompt you to import them as Tasks. This will delete those tasks from Apple Reminders. This is great if you want to use Siri to add reminders to Apple Reminders, but actually see them as Tasks in Stuff.
One-Time Reminders Import
Rather than continuously importing from a list in Reminders, you can run a one-time import that will import all of your tasks and lists from Reminders into Stuff. This will not delete anything from Apple Reminders.
Caveats of One-Time Import
There are certain aspects of Apple Reminders to which Stuff does not have access. Before importing your Reminders to Stuff, consider making the following updates to your setup in Reminders:
- Stuff cannot see Lists inside of Groups in Reminders
- Stuff cannot see Tags from Reminders
- Stuff does not currently account for all fields that exist in Apple Reminders, including the following:
- When Messaging
- Location
- Time
- Flag
- Priority Attributes that will be imported include:
- Lists, and the tasks inside those lists
